This page covers the launch list on the Forge page. If you sign up, this is what happens to your email address.
Who is responsible
Szabi Vaida runs Forge and decides what happens to the list. You can reach me at contact@szabivaida.dev.
What I collect and why
Only your email address. I use it to send you one email when Forge launches, and for nothing else. I keep it because you asked for that email by signing up, and you can change your mind at any time.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts the page and stores the list. Netlify is a US company and takes part in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, sent the form. To do that it sees your IP address and some details about your browser. Cloudflare is a US company and takes part in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
I do not sell or share the list with anyone else, and the page uses no analytics or tracking cookies.
How long I keep it
I delete the list once the launch email has gone out. If Forge has not launched within 12 months of your sign-up, I delete your address then.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your sign-up. Reply to any email from me or write to the address above, and I will act on it within a month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
